I wanted to start by sharing a heartfelt thank you to Peter Nowell for his many years of service as President of the Donegal Cliffs HOA. We truly live in such a special community, and it wouldn’t be what it is today without his time, care, and dedication. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for our neighborhood.

I’m honored to step into the role of HOA President, and I’m really looking forward to continuing to build on what makes Donegal Cliffs such a wonderful place to live.

We currently have one open Director position on the board. If you’ve ever considered getting more involved, I’d love to connect and share more details.

 
Reminders + Upcoming Events
HOA Dues Reminder:
Late fees will increase by $15 starting April 1st, so if you haven’t had a chance to pay yet, now is a great time to take care of that. You may pay via U.S. Mail: Include Name, Address, email and phone with your check for $140 payable to Donegal Cliffs Homeowners Association.

Easter Egg Hunt:
If you missed the email, Meg O’Rourke and Kellie Axelband have once again organized our annual Easter Egg Hunt:
April 4th at 4:00 PM at Donegal Cliffs Park ????
This event runs on donations. If you would be willing to donate wrapped candy, please drop it off at Meg O'Rourke's house (7766 Wicklow Court) by Wednesday, March 25th. We hope to see many of you there, it’s always such a fun event for the kids!

Neighborhood Happy Hour:
We’re also planning a neighborhood happy hour at Shawnee Station at 5pm on May 14th. RSVP from the survey on the Home Page
 
Dublin City Schools Redistricting Update
Focus groups have now wrapped up, and Planning NEXT is preparing to share feedback on the redistricting criteria.

There is a Board of Education meeting scheduled for:
Monday, March 23rd | 6:00–8:00 PM
Emerald Campus – Union

While I don’t believe public comment will be part of this meeting, I still want to encourage anyone who is able to attend. At the March 16th school board meeting, a few other neighborhoods showed up in support of their students. Simply being present can make a meaningful difference, and I hope to see some familiar faces there.

Thank you all for continuing to stay engaged and supporting our students through this process, it truly means a lot.
