Google Group

If you are a current Donegal Cliffs Resident then make sure you join our Google Group. You will receive neighborhood information as well as information from your neighbors. If you have information that you would like to share with your neighbors then you can do so through the Donegal Cliffs (DC) Google Group. Another great benefit is being able to get information out to neighbors regarding lost and/or found pets and personal items.
 
We need all households to have at least one email in the group because most of the neighborhood communication will be done through the DC Google Group.  You don’t want to miss out!
 
 
How To:
 
Join
  • Use the Contact Us page to send a message to the Google Group Administrator.  Select 'Google Group & Website' in the 'Send To' box.  Include your name and Donegal Cliffs address and that you would like to join the Donegal Cliffs Google Group.
  • Also, please register on the Donegal Cliffs website so that we have all the information necessary to remove the previous residents and add the new residents.
Send
  • Sending an email to the Google Group email address will send an email to all your Donegal Cliffs neighbors.
  • Must be a member of the group
  • Send an email to:
    Donegal-Cliffs@GoogleGroups.com and all the members of the group will receive the email as if you sent it to them personally.
Reply
  • Reply to the sender – Most of the time
  • Reply All – Use sparingly because ALL members of the group will receive the email.
 
 
Guidelines
 
Below is a list of guidelines for sending messages to the Donegal Cliffs Google Group.
 
If your message doesn’t fit into one of the categories listed below then please consider sending it to a Board member to get his/her opinion before sending the message. If you think that additional topics should be added then let me know.
 
Be very cautious when using “reply all” since it can lead to lengthy email chains that get very annoying. If you want to reply to the sender of a message then please just use “reply”.

  • Neighborhood Social events
  • Annual garage sale dates and times
  • Annual General Meeting date and time
  • Annual Dues reminder
  • City of Dublin useful information
  • Local traffic alerts
  • Alerts about suspicious individuals, cars or activity in the neighborhood
