Title Companies wanting information about Homeowners Association Fees, Dues and payments can send their request to our HOA Treasurer.

Building Restrictions
The building restrictions for the Donegal Cliffs neighborhood are documented in the Planned Unit Development document (PUD) which is city administered and is available in the documents section on the website and at this link. All residents should be familiar with the few pages of restrictions. Refer to the PUD before erecting or changing anything on your lot.
The fence along Dublin Road is owned and maintained by the Donegal Cliffs Homeowners Association. Nothing should be attached to it without Board approval.
